This law defines legal bases of organization and realization on
the country territory protection of plants and include 6 chapters
and 17 articles. The purpose of the law is realization of measures
on protection of plants and their fruits from wrecker, illnesses
and weeds. According to the law the state service of protection
of plants bears full responsibility for the condition of the sanitary
control, use on the scientific basis of chemical, biological and
other forms of plants protection . This service is responsible also
for toxic influence pesticide, biological and other ways of protection
of plants. In 3-rd chapters of the law are certain responsibility
of state sanitary control. In it realization of measures for preservation
of fruits of plants, revealing and elimination of the facts of infringement
of the legislation in the field of plants protection is specified,
that state sanitary control this activity, directed on revealing
by a state service of plants protection from wrecker, illnesses,
and also weeds,.
In 4-th chapters of the law is shown, that for protection of plants
from wrecker, illnesses and weeds chemical, biological and other
methods of plants protection, special machines and apparatus take
root which tests have passed and are recommended for use. Agrees
of the law sale, import and introduction of preparations, not past
state test in this or that countries, not registered, and also prohibited
to use is forbidden manufactures,.
In the fifth chapter of the law responsibilities of the enterprises,
establishments, organizations, land-users and citizens are specified.
It is specified, that sale of production of a vegetative origin,
in structure of which the contents structure is forbidden, nitrates
and poisonous substances exceeds permissible norm.
In 6-th chapters of the law is marked, that for infringement of
rules, established by the law on application pesticides, nitrats
and poisonous substances is higher than established norms it are
provided material, administrative, discipline and criminal liabilities.
